Pickup

  1. Appointment

    Arrange a pickup appointment via the options listed below at least 1 week in advance. This step may be omitted if an appointment has been scheduled.

    For any urgent changes to a scheduled appointment, please call the center directly to make adjustments.

    Is it possible to visit the center without an appointment?

    Service availability is not guaranteed. Most centers operate on an on-call basis, with personnel allocated only for confirmed appointments. Therefore, walk-in visits may face staff unavailability. While an expedited dispatch may be arranged in some cases, it entails unavoidable delays and potential service fees. Please be aware that any losses incurred due to the lack of a proper appointment are the sole liability of clients.

    What if the scheduled pickup is missed due to a flight delay?

    As centers do not wait indefinitely for delayed arrivals, immediate contact upon landing is required to reschedule. While same-day pickup may be attempted within standard business hours, please be advised that late arrivals may be deferred to the next business day. Refunds for unused periods are not available. Inquiries regarding compensation for related losses should be directed to the airline or insurance provider.

  2. Shuttle Call

    Please be aware that certain centers necessitate a direct visit, forgoing the shuttle service. It is therefore essential to review the relevant details prior to pickup.

    1. Call

      Upon arrival at the terminal by the appointed time, please contact the center to request shuttle service, providing passenger and luggage details for smoother arrangements.

    2. Waiting

      Await the shuttle at the communicated meeting point. While a gate number is generally assigned, the location may vary with airport conditions.

    3. Shuttle

      Board the shuttle, or occasionally a contracted vehicle, for transfer to the center. Please be aware that the ride may be shared with other clients.

    All centers are staffed with English-speaking personnel.

  3. Delivery

    Present your passport, driver's license, and the booking voucher as needed to collect the items below:

    Please ensure that all items listed above have been received. Should any item be identified as uncollected after signature, it will be regarded as lost and the fees specified below will be charged:

    Is it possible to obtain a Vehicle Insurance Certificate (Green Card)?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible. As of April 1, 2024, in accordance with EU policy, the issuance of paper insurance certificates has been discontinued. It is no longer mandatory to carry a paper certificate when driving between EU member states. To mitigate confusion during the transitional period, however, a 'Memo Vehicle Insured' document is provided upon vehicle pickup.

  4. Trip Start

    The Journey Begins. Factory-fresh vehicles are delivered with a nominal amount of fuel/charge.

    ICE

    Gasoline/diesel models are delivered with fuel for approximately 20-30 km. Refueling at a gas station is recommended prior to any extended journeys.

    EV / PHEV

    Plug-in models are delivered with a battery level of 50-70%, while MHEV models, which self-charge while driving, are delivered with minimal charge due to their design.

    What is the policy on no-shows?

    Failure to collect the vehicle without prior notification will be deemed a no-show, and the vehicle recovery process will be initiated. As the payment is non-refundable in this event, it is imperative to contact the center to adjust the pickup schedule. Please be aware that rescheduling incurs a loss equivalent to the period of non-use, and that vehicle storage charges may apply in cases of significant delays.
