Enrollment

The Serenity Plan™ may be added at the time of booking or within the cooling-off period (1 business days from the contract date). While it cannot be added after this period, a separate purchase is available after vehicle pickup.

Withdrawal

The Serenity Plan™ may be withdrawn within the cooling-off period (1 business days from the contract date) with a full refund. Once this period has elapsed, it cannot be cancelled independently.

Notice

Eligibility for the cancellation deadline extension requires enrollment in the Serenity Plan™ no later than approximately 30 days before pickup. Although later acquisition of the plan is permitted, this particular extension will not apply. Exact dates and comprehensive terms are outlined during the booking process.

The Cashback Coupon is valid for 3 years from the day following the pickup date of the contract to which the Serenity Plan™ was applied. For the exact validity period, please refer to My Account section.
