    All modifications must be submitted by the timeframe stipulated by French Customs:

    • 3 business days before return

    The exact deadline, calculated to account for the holidays of both the French Head Office and the Korea GSA, is displayed on My Account.

    Notice
    • Special Status Contract Holders: French customs generally prohibit extensions for Special Status holders, though limited exceptions may apply. Please contact us with the vehicle registration certificate prior to application.
    • Unauthorized Use: Failure to extend the return date constitutes the operation of a vehicle with expired registration and insurance, resulting in serious legal liability. Furthermore, returning the vehicle to an unscheduled location without prior notice may be considered vehicle abandonment. Please comply with the stated procedures.

    Promotions are not applicable and reduced delivery fees are non-refundable upon reschedule. However, A partial refund is available for the unused period upon early return.

    Is it possible to sign a new contract for the current vehicle if it is more cost-effective than an extension?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible. Since tax benefits apply strictly to vehicles with no prior registration history, a vehicle already in operation does not qualify. New contracts generally provide better value for longer periods; however, please be advised that this mandates returning the current vehicle and picking up a new one. We appreciate your understanding.

  3. Completion

    Confirmation of the modification will be emailed within 1-2 business days.

    Modification Finalized

    No updated contract (including My Account adjustment) is provided for any rescheduling after vehicle pickup. Final confirmation will be sent via email.

Early Return Refund

A partial refund will be provided for unused periods of 10 days or more.

  1. Refund Estimate

    The following items will be deducted from the refund. As the calculation involves multiple factors, prior consultation is advised for precise details.

    • Delivery Fee, Min. Contract Term
    • Extended Period After Oickup
    • Promotional Offers (e.g., Discounts, Complimentary Days)
    • French Head Office Administrative Fee: 20%
    • Korea GSA Administrative Fee: 10% (Min. € 50, Max. € 100)
    • One-Time Vehicle Insurance Premium: 55%
  2. Email Application

    The items listed below must be submitted within 30 days of the vehicle's return

    • Handover Receipt: Issued by the return center
    • Bank Details: Bank name, account number, and account holder ← A domestic (South Korea) account in the contract holder's name only

    Please be advised that the application will be rejected if the unused period is less than 10 days or the handover receipt is missing.

  3. Refund

    Authorization from the French Head Office takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks. A notification will be sent upon approval, and the refund amount—calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of contract—will be deposited into the designated bank account.

    For payments made in Euro to the French Head Office, the process remains identical, except that the conversion is based on the company's posted exchange rate on the processing date.

The early return refund may be minimal or nil due to extensive deductions outlined above. Please be advised that this policy is non-contractual and subject to change without prior notice.
