Insurance coverage that indemnifies the insured for towing (roadside assistance), accommodation, taxi arrangements, and a rental vehicle when the insured vehicle is taken to a repair facility due to an accident or breakdown.
Should repairs require the vehicle to remain overnight, one of the following support services may be selected.
Accomodation
Accommodation equivalent to a business-class hotel will be provided during the vehicle maintenance period. Please be aware that the following policies may apply:
- Accommodation will be arranged in the vicinity of the maintenance facility, within the aforementioned support limit, at an approximate rate of €90 per person per night. Please note that upgrades via additional payment or refunds for downgrades are not available.
- Ancillary services beyond lodging—such as telephone usage, meals, minibar, pay-per-view television, and access to recreational or fitness facilities—are not included.
- A maximum of two prepaid taxi rides may be arranged between the designated maintenance facility and the provided accommodation. Transportation to any other locations is not permitted.
- Independent selection of accommodation is not permitted.
Accommodation may be subject to limited availability during weekends, peak seasons, or other periods of high demand.
Car Rental
A rental car of a comparable class will be provided during the vehicle maintenance period. Please be aware that the following rental company policies may apply:
- Within France, rental cars are provided with insurance transferred from the original vehicle. Although it may be listed as basic insurance on the rental agency's documents or notices, this is simply due to differences in local documentation practices, so rest assured. Therefore, caution is advised not to accept offers for supplementary insurance at the rental agency, as such expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Outside France, it may be necessary to purchase collision damage insurance at personal expense, subject to reimbursement. In such cases, a copy of the invoice (including a detailed breakdown) issued upon the vehicle's return must be submitted via email within one month of the issuance date.
- A valid credit card is required as a security deposit. Rental eligibility may vary by vehicle category and may be subject to conditions such as minimum age, driving experience, and country of entry.
- Specific options, such as automatic transmission or navigation, must be requested in advance. Otherwise, a standard vehicle will be assigned.
- The fuel level must be restored to that at the time of pickup before the vehicle is returned to the original rental location. Otherwise, fuel charges and related fees will be billed to the credit card held as a security deposit.
- Should a change to the rental car return schedule be required, please contact our Assistance directly rather than the rental agency.
- Traffic fines incurred during the rental period will be automatically billed to the credit card held as a security deposit, along with any applicable administrative fees.
- A maximum of two prepaid taxi rides may be arranged between the designated maintenance facility and the rental location. Transportation to any other locations is not permitted.
- Independent selection of the rental car or rental agency is not permitted.

The above benefits are valid only within the countries where coverage applies. It is recommended to obtain travel insurance that covers medical treatment after repatriation.
