Is Safe Operation Feasible?
Should the vehicle be deemed roadworthy and posing no safety risks, continued use in the vehicle's current condition is permitted under the policyholder's liability, following document submission to Assistance. Please state in the European Accident Statement that the vehicle will be used in its current condition without repair until return. In this case, please proceed to the 'Submit Documents step.
Please be advised that operating a compromised vehicle to circumvent repairs may result in the denial of future return acceptance and insurance coverage.
Go to Garage
- If Driveable: Proceed directly to the garage guided by Assistance. Requesting the address via email is recommended for convenience. When proceeding to a garage after using the Tire Mobility Kit, visiting any unaffiliated garage is acceptable.
- If Undriveable: Request towing services to the current location, utilizing map applications to pinpoint the exact address. Note that certain third-party providers may require immediate on-site payment; strictly retain receipts for subsequent reimbursement claims.
What is the estimated waiting time for roadside assistance?
Response times are contingent on the region and season. Expect around one hour in cities or main roads, 2–3 hours in remote areas, and up to half a day during peak holidays. Notably, certain motorways mandate the use of roadside emergency phones (Orange Boxes) or police intervention to dispatch designated towing services, potentially incurring additional administrative delays.
Drop off Vehicle & Wait
Due to strict compliance with working hours and standard procedures, expedited processing is limited in Europe. Consequently, same-day service is uncommon, and timelines are subject to change. We appreciate your understanding.
Deliver the vehicle to the designated garage. Ensure that the car key and the vehicle registration document are handed over to the staff upon arrival. Should repairs require the vehicle to remain overnight, one of the following support services may be selected. Services are provided only upon request to Assistance; please be advised that unauthorized usage is non-reimbursable. In the rare event that repairs are completed on the same day, please proceed to the Collect Vehicle step.
Accomodation
Accommodation equivalent to a business-class hotel will be provided during the vehicle maintenance period. Please be aware that the following policies may apply:

Therefore, caution is advised not to accept offers for supplementary insurance at the rental agency, as such expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Outside France, it may be necessary to purchase collision damage insurance at personal expense, subject to reimbursement. In such cases, a copy of the invoice (including a detailed breakdown) issued upon the vehicle's return must be submitted via email within one month of the issuance date.
- A valid credit card is required as a security deposit. Rental eligibility may vary by vehicle category and may be subject to conditions such as minimum age, driving experience, and country of entry.
- Specific options, such as automatic transmission or navigation, must be requested in advance. Otherwise, a standard vehicle will be assigned.
- The fuel level must be restored to that at the time of pickup before the vehicle is returned to the original rental location. Otherwise, fuel charges and related fees will be billed to the credit card held as a security deposit.
- Should a change to the rental car return schedule be required, please contact our Assistance directly rather than the rental agency.
- Traffic fines incurred during the rental period will be automatically billed to the credit card held as a security deposit, along with any applicable administrative fees.
- A maximum of two prepaid taxi rides may be arranged between the designated maintenance facility and the rental location. Transportation to any other locations is not permitted.
- Independent selection of the rental car or rental agency is not permitted.
Rental cars may be subject to limited availability during weekends, peak seasons, or other periods of high demand.

Use Tire Mobility Kit
Inflate the tire referring to the kit instructions and the related video; use of sealant is optional. It may be ineffective if the damaged area is large or the sidewall is torn.
- In Case of Successful Inflation: Visit the nearest garage via map services or navigation systems; reliance on affiliated networks is unnecessary. Please be advised that the driving range is limited to a maximum of 200 km after using the Kit. → In this case, skip contacting Assistance and proceed to the Go to Garage step.
- In Case of Unsuccessful Inflation: Seek aid from Assistance. Adhere to this protocol should any difficulties arise during Kit operation.
The Tire Mobility Kit is intended as a temporary measure only. A follow-up inspection at a garage is essential.
