Pickup

1. This center requires a mandatory pickup appointment. Please arrange the appointment at least 1 week in advance via the options listed.
2. Upon arrival at the airport, please contact the center to request shuttle service, providing passenger and luggage details for smoother arrangements.

   Before calling to request a shuttle, please move to the French Sector of the airport. After exiting the Arrivals Hall, proceed to the Departure Level and follow the signs for 'French Sector / Secteur France' to locate the designated gate.

   As this route involves a border crossing, a passport and a flight ticket (valid for the same day or within one day before/after) must be presented at the gate. For those arriving at the airport by means other than a flight, entering the French Sector via taxi on the motorway is possible; however, considering efficiency, taking a taxi directly to the center is highly recommended.

3. Board the shuttle at the communicated meeting point for transfer to the center. Waiting and travel times are typically 15 minutes each, but may vary depending on local traffic conditions or shared rides.
4. After a brief verification, collect the vehicle and other items. Please ensure that all items have been received before signing the delivery receipt.
5. Start your drive. As vehicles are provided with limited fuel (or charge), proceeding to a nearby station shortly after departure is essential.
