Pickup

1. This center requires a mandatory pickup appointment. Please arrange the appointment at least 1 week in advance via the options listed.
2. Upon arrival at the airport, please contact the center to request shuttle service, providing passenger and luggage details for smoother arrangements.
3. Board the shuttle at the communicated meeting point for transfer to the center. Waiting and travel times are typically 15 minutes each, but may vary depending on local traffic conditions or shared rides.

   The standard meeting points are as follows; however, as the location is subject to change depending on airport conditions, please be sure to confirm via phone:

   • Terminal 1: Hotel shuttle stop in front of Gate 14, Arrival Level (located at the right end)
   • Terminal 2: Bus stop across the street from Gate 18, Arrival Level
   • Terminal 4: Cross the street from Gate 10, Arrival Level to enter the Central Platform Area → Walk to the left until the escalator → Shuttle Pickup Area (next to the escalator)

4. After a brief verification, collect the vehicle and other items. Please ensure that all items have been received before signing the delivery receipt.
5. Start your drive. As vehicles are provided with limited fuel (or charge), proceeding to a nearby station shortly after departure is essential.
