  2. Please walk to the center by the scheduled time.

    The center is located in front of Terminal 2. Leave through Gate A3 and follow signs for 'Car Rental / Location de Véhicules.' Continue along the P6, P7, and P9 signs, then turn left to find the red counter (bungalow). For arrivals at Terminal 1, use the free inter-terminal shuttle or tram to reach Terminal 2 and follow these instructions.

  3. After a brief verification, collect the vehicle and other items. Please ensure that all items have been received before signing the delivery receipt.
  4. Start your drive. As vehicles are provided with limited fuel (or charge), proceeding to a nearby station shortly after departure is essential.

  2. Please complete the final check based on the provided requirements at least 1 day prior to the return, and drive to the center at the address above by the scheduled time.

    Upon entering the airport area, head towards the terminals. After the gas station, follow the 'Terminal 1 and 2 Parking' signs. Stay in the left lane following the 'Terminal 1 Car Rental Returns' sign, then turn left toward 'Terminal 1 Parking P6-P7.' Continue a short distance to find the red counter (bungalow) on the right, across from parking P6.

  3. After a brief verification, return the vehicle and other items. Please ensure that all items have been returned before signing the handover receipt.
  4. Please walk to the airport after all procedures are completed.
What if the scheduled pickup is missed due to a flight delay?

As centers do not wait indefinitely for delayed arrivals, immediate contact upon landing is required to reschedule. While same-day pickup may be attempted within standard business hours, please be advised that late arrivals may be deferred to the next business day. Refunds for unused periods are not available. Inquiries regarding compensation for related losses should be directed to the airline or insurance provider.

Is it possible to visit the center without an appointment?

Service availability is not guaranteed. Most centers operate on an on-call basis, with personnel allocated only for confirmed appointments. Therefore, walk-in visits may face staff unavailability. While an expedited dispatch may be arranged in some cases, it entails unavoidable delays and potential service fees. Please be aware that any losses incurred due to the lack of a proper appointment are the sole liability of clients.
