- Upon arrival at the airport, please contact the center to request shuttle service, providing passenger and luggage details for smoother arrangements.

Board the shuttle at the communicated meeting point for transfer to the center. Waiting and travel times are typically 15 minutes each, but may vary depending on local traffic conditions or shared rides.
The standard meeting points are as follows; however, as the location is subject to change depending on airport conditions, please be sure to confirm via phone:
- Terminal 1: Take Elevator C → Gate 2, Departures
- Terminal 2 B/D: VTC Shuttle Pickup Area
- Terminal 2 C: Proceed to Terminal E → Gate 16, Arrivals
- Terminal 2 E/F: Gate 16, Arrivals
- Terminal 3: Shuttle Pickup Area, Arrivals
- RER Station: Taxi stand in front of the Novotel (Alight at Terminal 1 Station)
- After a brief verification, collect the vehicle and other items. Please ensure that all items have been received before signing the delivery receipt.
- Start your drive. As vehicles are provided with limited fuel (or charge), proceeding to a nearby station shortly after departure is essential.

Please complete the final check based on the provided requirements at least 1 day prior to the return, and drive to the center at the address above by the scheduled time.
Due to complex road conditions around the center, navigation guidance may end prematurely before reaching the destination. Please familiarize yourself with the center's location prior to return.
- After a brief verification, return the vehicle and other items. Please ensure that all items have been returned before signing the handover receipt.
- A shuttle to the airport is provided after all procedures are completed.
