  1. This center requires a mandatory pickup appointment. Please arrange the appointment at least 1 week in advance via the options listed.
  2. Upon arrival at the airport, please contact the center to request shuttle service, providing passenger and luggage details for smoother arrangements.
  3. Board the shuttle at the communicated meeting point for transfer to the center. Waiting and travel times are typically 15 minutes each, but may vary depending on local traffic conditions or shared rides.

    The standard meeting point is the VTC Pickup Area at Gate 48A on the Arrival Level of Terminal 4; however, as the location is subject to change depending on airport conditions, please be sure to confirm via phone.

  4. After a brief verification, collect the vehicle and other items. Please ensure that all items have been received before signing the delivery receipt.
  5. Start your drive. As vehicles are provided with limited fuel (or charge), proceeding to a nearby station shortly after departure is essential.

What if the scheduled pickup is missed due to a flight delay?

As centers do not wait indefinitely for delayed arrivals, immediate contact upon landing is required to reschedule. While same-day pickup may be attempted within standard business hours, please be advised that late arrivals may be deferred to the next business day. Refunds for unused periods are not available. Inquiries regarding compensation for related losses should be directed to the airline or insurance provider.

Is it possible to visit the center without an appointment?

Service availability is not guaranteed. Most centers operate on an on-call basis, with personnel allocated only for confirmed appointments. Therefore, walk-in visits may face staff unavailability. While an expedited dispatch may be arranged in some cases, it entails unavoidable delays and potential service fees. Please be aware that any losses incurred due to the lack of a proper appointment are the sole liability of clients.
